Hi, I’m Coach Jamie Botti - a strength coach based in Austin, Texas.
Originally from New England, I have lived in Massachusetts, Florida, Washington State and now Texas, since 2016. I began coaching group classes in 2017 with the City of Austin’s Healthy Connections program, transitioned into personal training joining Equinox Austin in 2019 and later expanded my skillset by starting my coaching business Body by Botti in 2020.
I hold certifications in StrongFirst, Precision Nutrition, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM PT, NASM Behavior Change), Aquatic Fitness, and CPR/AED. These allow me to coach with a well-rounded approach to strength, conditioning, nutrition, and lifestyle change.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy traveling the world with my wife, exploring new music, reading, laughing, lifting with friends, and trail running with our dog Vinny.

As legendary coach and wrestler Dan Gable said, “If it’s important, do it every day.” My philosophy is rooted in that same belief: progress is built on consistent, intentional effort.
